Zaire Sabb

Zaire Sabb is a mother, clinical herbalist, urban farmer, and artisan cosmetic formulator devoted to the restoration of health through plant medicine and ancestral wisdom.

 

As the founder of Mystic Momma Herbals, she integrates traditional healing practices with clinical application, offering a holistic approach that honors the body, spirit, and lineage.

 

Zaire was trained as a Traditional Indigenous Midwife under Dr. S. Ndaeyo Opio, also known as Nana Siti, carrying forward sacred birthkeeping knowledge rooted in Indigenous traditions. She is also a lifelong practitioner of Ifá, walking a spiritual path that informs her work with plants, healing, and community care.

Her herbal education spans both West African and Western traditions. She has studied under Chief Adsenia Olatunji Aresa of The International Green Circle in Ibadan, Nigeria, and Chief Popoola Bankole Adenkunle of the Ceiba Wellness Center in Lagos, Nigeria. In the United States, she trained with Patricia Kristi Howell of Botanologos in Clayton, Georgia, and completed advanced cosmetic formulation training through Formula Botanica.

Zaire is a Functional Medicine Practitioner through the School of Applied Functional Medicine and received her doctoral studies in Natural Medicine at HPOC University.

Her work centers on reproductive health, spiritual wellness, and the reconnection to plant allies as a pathway to healing. Through teaching, formulation, and clinical practice, she supports individuals in reclaiming their bodies, restoring balance, and remembering the wisdom carried within.
